"Experience with Express Cars London Ltd was just dreadful. I pre - booked mini van to comfortably fit 7 people in it and to make sure the taxi will be on time. after I placed my payment, someone from the office called me to ask if they can swop van for two smaller ones. I explained why I specifically order big one, however the person would not take it and kept convincing me to two smaller ones, but never mentioned to pay back the difference in price. At the end we agreed that the company will send us what we have ordered. On the day of the journey no one contacted us beforehand and when the time has come and taxi still wasn't anywhere to be seen, I called the office to ask where is the driver. Office told me that the driver is where he should be, but clearly he wasn't. The man in the office gave me the phone number to the driver to contact with him personally. When I called driver, he start argue with me that he is in the place he should be and he asked if we could walk to the place he is. We were going back and forth with the driver and the office for a while. Taxi was late 20 min and when I called the office, the person who answered the phone just start to laugh and hang up. Highly not recommend that taxi service and surely will never use their service again. Overall, very bad experience."
